29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: A) McCreary Roofing on or about April 05, 2023 at the address of 5101 Station Rd. Erie, PA: Two employees were working on a flat roof roughly 18 feet above the ground, without any fall protection systems. Two employees were conducting roofing operations which included but are not limited to sweeping and roof pad moving at the time of the inspection.
