(a)  Wurstburg Grill, Hershey Park, 100 W Hershey Park Drive, Hershey, PA, west exit   - Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazard from the emergency lighting not adequately functioning,  on or about August 9th, 2022.  (b)  Wurstburg Grill, Hershey Park, 100 W Hershey Park Drive, Hershey, PA, east exit   - Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazard from the emergency lighting  not in operational condition,  on or about August 9th, 2022.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
