29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage: 1st Floor Equipment Room: On and/or before August 11, 2022, an electrical panel on the wall in front of the entrance was blocked by nonpermanent equipment such as a computer desk, limiting access by reducing the working space to the panel in cases of emergency shutoff. This exposed employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards if power cannot be shut off.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling. Secretary Office Room 207: On and/or before August 11, 2022, a Lexmark printer was plugged into a power strip against its listed and labeling instructions exposing employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards. The Federal Aviation Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590463, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 06, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9175 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego, CA, 92126.
