29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about August 10, 2022, employees conducting roofing activities to include tear-off and re-roofing on a third story 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately Thirty (30) feet on the North and South sides of structure.
