29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) North American Machine Works, Inc. located at 789 Ashland Avenue, Folcroft, PA 19032, Valve Repair Shop, Spray Booth: On or about August 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all the sides of the spray paint booth were kept free from the storage of materials, such as, a wooden pallet with bags and a fireproof cabinet. Employees were exposed to fire hazards while performing spray paint on repaired valves.

Employees were exposed to flammable vapors while using spray paint cans to paint the repaired valves.
