29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Facility, 526 Ashcom Road, Everett, PA: On or about August 12, 2022, two employees were exposed to the in going nip point on the recycled asphalt product (RAP) head pulley while trying to get the conveyor belt to move properly on it and not continue to slip.
