Intersection of Sycamore Street and Cameron Street - On or about June 10, 2025, employee operating and working in close proximity to the CAT 315 Serial # 0FTY20426 excavator were exposed to electrical hazards due to the equipment arm being less than 10 feet from overhead electrical lines.
