Broadway, Green Bay, Wisconsin, employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with the "K" Door stairway which was 48 inches wide and was only equipped with one handrail.

(i) Handrails are not less than 30 inches (76 cm) and not more than 38 inches (97 cm), as measured from the leading edge of the stair tread to the top surface of the handrail:  On or about July 29, 2022, at the establishment located at 2612 S. Broadway, Green Bay, Wisconsin, employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with the "K" Door stairway which did not have a handrail that met the height requirements of the standard.  The handrail was 28.5 inches from the leading edge of the stair tread to the top surface of the handrail.
