Employees were unable to recognize the hazards of falling and were not trained in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location - 318 Bishop Street, Framingham, MA: On or about 8/16/2022, employees were not were not trained in the recognition of fall hazards. Employees were exposed to falls of 18 feet 11 inches to a lower level where no fall protection or guardrail systems were utilized to mitigate the fall hazard.
