Instance 2. On or about November 3, 2022, and at times prior prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near wall openings without the use of a fall protection system. The employer NBL Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614929, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-15-22, with respect to a workplace located at 318 Bishop Street Framingham MA.
