Go New York Tours, Inc: Company Maintenance Garage located at 74 Onderdonk Ave. Ridgewood, NY a. Maintenance Garage: Employees performing maintenance, repairs, and/or service of tour buses were exposed to corrosive chemicals such as Kustomise, a concentrated cleaner and degreaser (containing 45- 50% potassium hydroxide). Suitable eyewash stations were not available; on or about 08/17/2022. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
