29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On August 4th, 2022, at 601 10th Street North, Naples, Florida, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while installing formwork on the  north side of the structure.  b) On August 4th, 2022, at 601 10th Street North, Naples, Florida, one employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while removing formwork from the inside of the structure.
