OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  a) Dollar General Distribution Center located at 2505 East Pointe Drive, Zanesville, Ohio 43701: On and preceding August 16, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards associated with inadequately maintained racking systems. Employees used forklifts to load and unload pallets of product from damaged pallet racks in rows 17 and 18 of the warehouse. The loaded racks had visible damage/defects which included: deflected/bent columns, bent and broken cross and diagonal bracing, and deflected beams.
