29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Employees engaged in framing activities at the jobsite located at 21056 Howe Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that two framers working on the second level of the residential construction site were not utilizing fall protection.  Abraham Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598807, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2748 North 182nd Avenue, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.  Abraham Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558553, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3520 South 214th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.  Abraham Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548397, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2702 Hildy Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
