29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a) This violation occurred on or about August 24, 2022, at a workplace located at 7947 Ashwood Ln., Irving, TX; where employees, who were walking and working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats. The Ismael Lomeli was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573909, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7943 Ashwood Ln., Irving, TX 75062.

The Ismael Lomeli was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280902, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4704 Latour Ln., Euless, TX 76039; And In in OSHA inspection number 1573909, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7943 Ashwood Ln., Irving, TX 75062.
