29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) Vegetable Juices, Inc. located at 7400 S Narragansett Ave., Bedford Park, IL 60638: On or about August 23, 2022, employees wore N95 filtering facepiece respirators during pepper processing that were provided by the employer under voluntary use and employees were not informed of the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134.
