At a residential construction site located at 4536 NE Sherwood Rd, Lees Summit, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious fall hazards when performing roofing operations at an elevated height without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
