The employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: On or about March 2, 2022 the employer, did not submit their 2021 OSHA 300 Log Form of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by March 2, 2022. The establishment has more than 20 employees but fewer than 250 employees. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
