29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure:   a)  1611 Van Buren Rd., Easton - On or about June 28, 2022, Security Guard personnel were acting as designated first aid responders on each shift.  The employer did not offer the Hepatitis B vaccination within 10 days of initial assignment at Radial, Inc., exposing employees to a bloodborne pathogen.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
