29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the working/walking surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support the employees safely: (a) Halcyon Subdivision, Building 14, Whitman Walk, Alpharetta, GA, on or about August 30, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were required to walk the 6" wide roof panel, along the edge of the roof to set down an anchorage point to tie off. the roof panel buckled underneath the employee weight. The employer did not determine and/or verify that the roof panel walking surface had the structural integrity to safely support the employee.
