29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: New residential construction located on Lot #153 at 1045 Cagle Creek Overlook, Canton, GA 30115, Front roof and dormers: On or about 09/20/2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic roofing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating Metabo HPT (Model NV45AB2) 1-3/4-inch roofing nailers at 130 PSI engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: New residential construction located on Lot #153 at 1045 Cagle Creek Overlook, Canton, GA 30115, Front roof and dormers: On or about 09/20/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 11-feet, 8-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not used by employees who were engaged in roofing activities on an 8/12 pitched roof.
