29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) At a jobsite located at 1156 of the Woodland Trails development, Greenwood, MO; Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, respiratory and skin contact hazards associated with the use of Grip Rite subfloor adhesive. Exposure to this chemical can cause health effects such as contact dermatitis, irritation to the eyes, drowsiness, nausea, and leading to unconsciousness if inhaled. This product also contains materials which may cause cancer. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program.
