29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about September 2nd, 2022, at or near 4501 Coleman Street Bismarck, ND, for the employees exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet while engaged in roofing operations a commercial building where the roof pitch was greater than 4:12. Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Numbers 1475610 and 1473015 and was affirmed as a final order on June 19th, 2020.
