29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  a) Jobsite - On or about August 17, 2022, employees were working on scaffolding installing weatherproofing sheeting. This job-made scaffold did not have mud sills or baseplates, just planks of wood directly on top of the ground in most cases. This would cause the scaffold to move as the employees moved around on it.
