29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) Worksite (Front Exterior), 236 S Swan St. Albany, NY - On or about Sept 09, 2022, an employee was working from a Werner Portable Extension Ladder that was set up at approximately 20-feet high and extended approximately 3-feet away from the building. The horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-half of the working length of the ladder, exposing employees to fall hazards
