At the jobsite located at 2935 Reiss Park City, KS: Employees engaged in framing work using pneumatic nail guns and powered tools were exposed to hazards such as struck-by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.
