29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At the temporary jobsite located at 13525 E Rose St, Wichita, KS 67230 employee working below employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not provided.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the temporary jobsite located at 13525 E Rose St, Wichita, KS 67230, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the eave of the residence to ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  Arango Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653973, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7972 E. Caribou Place Bel Aire, KS.  Arango Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620015, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2935 Reiss St. Park City, KS.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the job site located at 13525 E Rose St, Wichita, KS 67230, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave or was not secured to the structure.  Arango Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653973, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7972 E. Caribou Place Bel Aire, KS.
