At a residential worksite located at Creekside Village Townhomes, Parkville, MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were using an electrical cord with a missing ground pin to power an air compressor. This exposed employees to possible electrical shocks and / or burns. This was documented on or about 08/22/2022.
