A) An employee working within the pallet processing area was exposed to noise at a level of 65.1% of the allowable limit during a 481 minute sampling period on September 8, 2022; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 86.9 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  B) An employee working within the pallet processing area was exposed to noise at a level of 291.9% of the allowable limit during a 479 minute sampling period on September 8, 2022; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 97.7 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  C) An employee working within the pallet processing area was exposed to noise at a level of 194% of the allowable limit during a 471 minute sampling period on September 8, 2022; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 94.7 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  D) An employee working within the pallet processing area was exposed to noise at a level of 291.9% of the allowable limit during a 479 minute sampling period on September 8, 2022; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 97.7 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
