29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a) 9000 Atlantic Ave, Margate City NJ 08402: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they were not utilizing personal fall arrest systems while installing window flashing. The condition was observed on or about September 08, 2022. b) 9000 Atlantic Ave, Margate City NJ 08402: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they were utilizing a wall opening that was not equipment with a fall protection system such as but not limited to: railings. The condition was observed on or about September 08, 2022.
