29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) On or about September 9, 2022, at the jobsite located at 864/872 Stonecrop Drive, Hartford WI, employees were installing shingles on a residential building with pneumatic nail guns without safety glasses.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about September 9, 2022, at the jobsite located at 864/872 Stonecrop Drive, Hartford WI, an employee was removing material from the roof without any fall protection in place, exposing employees to an approximate 10 feet fall hazard.
