OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a. On or before September 1, 2022, the employer did not ensure the paint car indexer for the paint booth, adjacent to the operator's station, was guarded to protect employees from being caught between the pipe, the paint booth, and/or moving parts of the indexer, thereby exposing employees to a caught in hazard.
