The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) 85 5th Ave, Paterson, NJ: An employee working from a Genie Aerial Lift was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet without utilization of personal fall arrest system such as but not limited to harnesses and lanyard in place, on or about 9/7/2022. The MJT Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604045, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 85 5th Ave, Paterson, NJ.
