29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 36 Waverly Drive, Edison, NJ 08817 On or about 9/08/2022 employee(s) installed shingle weather-proofing and performed clean-up atop both the upper main roof and lower roof of a two-story home without wearing body harness secured to an anchorage point as part of a personal fall arrest system; nor were there any alternative protective measures against hazard of falling heights between 12 and 22 feet from the edge of the roof(s).
