29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. A)7 Frosinone Ln Staten Island, NY 10309 Employees were working from the third level of tubular welded scaffold at a height of approximately 17'1''above the ground level, which was missing guardrails on all sides of the work platform. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards. Hazard observed on or about 09/10/22 The Leone Concrete Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418920, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2333 Forest Ave Staten Island, NY 10303.
