1926.20(b)(2) The employer shall initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part including frequent and regular inspections of jobsites. On or about 09/10/2022, at 8100 Parr Drive, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of its subcontractors working on weekends in that employees of a subcontractor engaged in roofing/framing work were exposed to a 12 foot fall hazard without a proper means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 09/10/2022, at 8100 Parr Drive, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees engaged in roofing/framing work were exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard without using a means of fall protection. The Color Concepts/Galeana Painting and Drywall, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589360, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/02/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Building #1, 9250 E. Fowler Avenue, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
