29 CFR 1926.59: The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 as incorporated by reference: At 2406 Cooper, Wichita, KS 67210 employees engaged in fuel handing activities to include gasoline were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. Ever Favela-Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544695 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 08, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 N. Buckner St. Derby, KS 67037.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At 3146 N Landon Cir, Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged in fuel handing activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace. Ever Favela-Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544695 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 08, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 N.
