At 2121 Huron Street, Jacksonville Florida: On or about September 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed maintenance employees working in the Re-Melt Area to emergency egress obstructions hazards along the egress route from the Number 3 Cullet Line Conveyor pit.
