29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) JR Allen & Gateway Dr., LaGrange, GA: On or about September 13, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 22-feet, in that; the employee was allowed to stand on the toe-board of an aerial lift platform to gain additional height. No fall protection was being used.
