Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 1578 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ 07968 An emergency exit in the meeting room was not kept free and unobstructed. The exit was partially blocked by boxes of toys. LaRose Industries, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442007, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/11/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10501 Cold Storage Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218.
