29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) Fort Campbell, 4199 Morgan Rd: On or about September 16, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a safety hazard (struck by/crushing), in that employees were not wearing their seatbelts while the ROPS were in the upright position while operating the Green Machine Mower EVO. b) Fort Campbell, 4199 Morgan Rd: On or about September 16, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a safety hazard (struck by/crushing), in that employees were not wearing their seatbelts while the ROPS were in the upright position while operating the eXmark zero-turn radius mower (SN 406781751).
