29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 9/14/2022 at an apartment building located at 520 Virginia Street, Buffalo, New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while performing masonry work. The employees in the lifts did not have a harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
