Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Instance a) Worksite, 21 Brewster St., Glen Cove, NY- Two employees working at a height of approximately 27 feet resurfacing an apartment balcony was not protected by guardrails or PFA; on or about 9/15/22. Instance b) Worksite, 21 Brewster St., Glen Cove, NY- One employee working at a height of approximately 7 feet resurfacing an apartment balcony was not protected by guardrails or PFA; on or about 9/15/22. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
