Framers were installing trusses on a new build residential construction site at heights exceeding 23 feet. The employees were not utilizing any form of fall protection which exposed them to falls exceeding 23 feet.  JRS Carpentry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470153, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 09, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3945 Lewis Link, Lot 15, NEW ALBANY, OH 43054.
