Cordova Construction Services Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1596933, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/15/22, with respect to a workplace located at 1897-1903 Trailside Dr. Palm Harbor, FL 34683.  Cordova Construction Services Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385702, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/19, with respect to a workplace located at 1099 Montgomery Bell Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
