29 CFR 1926.35(a): Where required by a particular OSHA standard, a written emergency action plan was not provided to cover those designated actions employers and employees must take to ensure employee safety from fire and other emergencies: (a) Jobsite at 1 Lagoon Road in Portsmouth: On or about September 21, 2022, the employer, acting as a general contractor, did not provide a written emergency action plan (EAP) for a construction project, which covered subcontractors and employees that ensured employee safety from fire and other emergencies.
