Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electric shock and/or fire hazard(s). The Naval Exchange North Island was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547249, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Naval Air Station building 2017, San Diego, California 92135.
