29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) 3169 Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point, GA. On or about September 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14-feet, in that; the employee was allowed to stand on the rails of the lift to gain additional height. No fall protection was being used.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Note: As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system. The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) 3169 Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point, GA. On or about September 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14-feet, in that; no fall protect such as fall arrest or restraint system was being used while working from an aerial lifting device.
