29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about September 19, 2022, at 1600 Harmont Avenue, Canton OH 44705, the employer failed to ensure employee performing set up duties on the Coney Peeler machine utilizing the Super Sucker machine were wearing a personal protective equipment to protect the body in that no high heat body protection, such as but not limited to a rubber apron was worn while utilizing steam which was approximately 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
