1910.178(l)(4)(ii) Refresher training in relevant topics shall be provided to the operator when: 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(B):The operator has been involved in an accident or near-miss incident; a. On or about September 21, 2022, a powered industrial vehicle operator was involved in a near-miss incident involving another employee. The employee that was driving the powered industrial vehicle was not provided refresher training after the incident was investigated by the McLane Company.
